About the role

A project-based and/or hourly-based Flutter role for a lean, fast-moving team that values clean code, high trust, and pure execution — zero bureaucracy, zero drama. You will build functional, high-performance mobile products and own delivery against agreed deadlines.

What you will do

Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable Flutter applications
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
Integrate RESTful APIs and handle local state management efficiently
Maintain the existing codebase without unnecessary complexity or over-engineering

What we are looking for

2–4 years of professional Flutter & Dart experience (portfolio or live apps required)
Solid grasp of state management, Git workflows, and mobile deployment pipelines
Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and coachable — you ask the right questions
Strong communication and a strict commitment to agreed deadlines
