About the role
A project-based and/or hourly-based Laravel & TALL-stack role for a lean team that builds clean, optimized, scalable software — no corporate fluff. You will ship backend and full-stack features quickly and cleanly across Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind, and Filament.
What you will do
- Build, optimize, and maintain application backends using modern Laravel
- Develop clean, dynamic frontends with Livewire and Tailwind CSS
- Implement and customize admin/management panels with Filament PHP
- Maintain pristine database schemas, relationships, and clean documentation
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of heavy professional Laravel experience
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Livewire and Filament PHP (essential)
- A strict habit of clean, readable code — no unnecessary meta-comments or file bloat
- Down-to-earth and reliable — respects deadlines and takes pride in architectural clarity
